How can I pay for my order?

    To which countries do you ship?

    If your country is not listed in the shipping options, please contact us at webshop@miret.co. We will then inform you if it is possible to arrange shipping to your country.

    What is the delivery time for my order?

    Croatia: 3 working days

    Other countries within the European Union: 3-7 working days

    International: 7-14 working days

    What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, and it depends on where the order is shipped to and the weight of the package.

    Keep in mind that our prices do not include customs fees or other additional taxes that might apply to customers in non-EU countries. 

    What does VAT mean?

    VAT is a value-added tax that  EU  customers pay. VAT is already included in the prices. VAT will be deducted from non-EU orders.

    What is your return policy?

    Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unless the product is damaged during shipment of delivery, you are responsible for return shipping charges, the item must be in its original packaging, and is subject to inspection to verify that it is new or unused. If you are not satisfied with the sizing, you can exchange for an other size. No money in return.

    How can I return my order?

    When returning an item the customer is responsible for the shipment and its costs. We can only process a refund once we have received the shoes in good order. 

    Can I exchange my shoes for a different model or size?

    We cannot exchange shoes, if you would like a different size or model you can place a new order.

    How long does a refund take?

    We strive to process your refund within five working days counting from the day we receive the shoes. However, do take into account that we are legally entitled to process refunds within 30 days. Also, please note that - depending on the payment platform - it can take up to 5 working days for the money to be on your account.

    Can I cancel or change my order?

    Cancelling or changing an order is not possible. This is because after an order is confirmed, the packing and shipping process starts immediately.

    I am not satisfied with my order, what should I do?

    Please contact our client support at webshop@miret.co, before taking any further actions.

    I have placed an order during the sale. Can I return my order?

    No. During a sale, when there are reduced prices, all sales are final. Orders cannot be returned, exchanged and/or refunded.
