To which countries do you ship?
If your country is not listed in the shipping options, please contact us at email@example.com. We will then inform you if it is possible to arrange shipping to your country.
There are several shipping options to choose from at the checkout.
Keep in mind that our prices do not include customs fees or other additional taxes that might apply to customers other than EU countries.
What does VAT mean?
VAT is a value-added tax that EU customers pay. VAT is already included in all prices.
What is your return policy?
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
The customer covers the return shipping cost.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unless the product is damaged during shipment of delivery, the item must be returned in its original packaging, and is subject to inspection to verify that it is new and unused. If you are not satisfied with the sizing, you can exchange for an other size - no money in return.
How can I return my order?
When returning an item the customer is responsible for the shipment. We can only process a refund once we have received the shoes in good order.
Can I exchange my shoes for a different model or size?
We can exchange shoes if you would like a different size or model. Please contact as at firstname.lastname@example.org
How long does a refund take?
We strive to process your refund within five working days counting from the day we receive the shoes. However, do take into account that we are legally entitled to process refunds within 30 days. Also, please note that - depending on the payment platform - it can take up to 5 working days for the money to be on your account.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancelling or changing an order is not possible. This is because after an order is confirmed, the packing and shipping process starts immediately.
